I was driving last evening when I noticed this autorickshaw in front of me.

Everyday Leadership

It was hard to miss. Covered in plants. Some real. Some artificial. Green spilling out from the back, the sides, even the front.

Painted on it were messages in Tamil. A clear call to save trees, plant more, and remember how closely nature, food, and our well-being are connected.

The message itself was powerful. But what caught my attention even more was *who* it was coming from.

Not a large organisation. Not someone holding a high-ranking position. But an auto driver, choosing to carry his beliefs with him… quite literally. Turning his vehicle into a moving reminder that we all share responsibility for the world we live in.

We often assume that making a difference requires scale, authority, or resources. But sometimes, impact comes from visibility. From care. From doing what you can, where you are, with what you have.

Leadership doesn’t always wear a title. Sometimes, it drives past you in traffic… covered in plants.
