Giving Back To My Alma Mater
Returning to IIM Ahmedabad as a mentor feels special. It’s a way to give back to a place that shaped my journey, by supporting others as they find their own direction and grow along the way.
I write about growth, clarity and leadership. Short reflections to help you pause, reset and move forward with greater intention.

I don’t pause as often as I should. But when I do, something feels different. The noise quietens, the clutter clears, and what matters comes into focus. Not through effort, but through a simple reset.

Company vision is not built in strategy sessions. It shows up in everyday choices. In moments of pressure, trade-offs, and priorities. Over time, what we choose consistently shapes what our vision truly becomes.

I’ve often noticed how leadership decisions that appear rational on the surface are shaped by something deeper. The Ego–Purpose Compass is a simple tool that helps leaders pause and ask: Is this decision being driven by ego… or by purpose?

I watched with pride as India lifted the T20 World Cup last night. Moments like this remind us that great victories are built over years of nurturing talent and preparing the next generation to carry the journey forward.

International Women’s Day always prompts a reflection for me. Respect for women is not proven through messages or celebrations alone. It appears in everyday behaviour. In how we listen, share credit, and ensure opportunities are fair.
